Make sure your creditcard 3D secure check is enabled
We are sorry to hear that you might have experienced having problems with signing up. We have heard from the support team from the payment system (Billetto) that there may be a reason why you are not able to process the payment.
Our system requires filling out a 3D secure check, which can be completed a number of ways (through SMS, pre-registered password etc).
If you (or your attendee) is using a company card, then you/they will need to ask the person who is responsible for issuing cards to contact the bank to make sure the 3D secure check is properly set up. If you/they are using your/their own credit card they will need to contact their bank to get this set up.
We would ask you to please check this and to see if you can set this up in order for the payment to be processed.
